Patient Access Liaison | Miami and Florida Territory

Job overview

What you'll do

• Support site REMS certification and patient enrollment processes
• strengthen site access workflows and operational readiness
• provide compliant education on coverage, coding, payment, reimbursement, benefit investigations, claims, prior authorizations, appeals, and access processes
• support case-level access resolution and treatment logistics
• coordinate appropriate cross-functional handoffs
• maintain timely CRM documentation
• develop account-level business plans
• and refrain from promotional activities and commercial sales discussions.
