What you'll do
- Treat patients suffering from serious conditions including diabetes mellitus, electrolyte imbalances, renal failure, liver failure, gastrointestinal bleeds, blood disorders, cancer, sepsis, respiratory distress, or multi-system organ failure.
- Assess patient needs individually and collect data such as temperature, blood pressure, and pain levels.
- Perform physician-prescribed treatments and communicate effectively with patients, families, and physicians.
- Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations.
