What you'll do

• Develop cost-of-goods-sold estimates for healthcare and commercial projects
• maintain estimating databases, bills of materials, and historical cost data
• use analytics, AI, and modeling tools to improve estimates
• prepare estimates across project phases
• analyze risks, pricing, and value engineering
• collaborate with procurement partners
• document handoffs and contribute to proposals and client discussions.
