The Registered Nurse works onsite in Houston, TX, in a surgical intensive care unit at a busy Level 1 trauma hospital. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Provide nursing care in the SICU
• float to other ICUs within the hospital as needed
• recognize changes in patient condition and communicate or escalate to providers
• perform hemodynamic monitoring and care involving CRRT, chest tubes, ventilators, drains, and surgical sites
• titrate medications
• read telemetry strips
• use Epic
• meet BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS requirements
• work weekends as scheduled.
