Home Care Scheduler/Caregiver Manager

The Home Care Scheduler/Caregiver Manager role is onsite in Tacoma, WA, with office work and local travel. Pay is $26 per hour, plus a $1,000 onboarding bonus after 60 days. The role supports Family First At Home’s in-home care delivery team, serving older adults and others who need support to remain at home.

What you'll do

• Schedule caregivers with clients based on skills and care needs
• communicate scheduling updates with clients, families, and the Client Success Manager
• monitor staffing and hours
• verify pay rates, billing codes, and shifts in AlayaCare and ADP
• conduct supervisory visits and performance evaluations
• coach caregivers and support their training and continued education
• back up caregiver recruiting as needed
• travel within the greater Renton/Seattle area as assigned
• occasionally provide in-home client support
• and participate in an approximately one-night-per-week on-call rotation.
