What you'll do

• Inspect buildings and identify needed repairs. Perform minor electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, masonry, appliance, sheet-metal, ceiling, door, and drainage repairs. Prioritize and complete work orders, maintain sidewalks and entrances in winter, manage trash and recycling areas, and test or troubleshoot resident and facility life-safety systems. Respond to facility emergencies and assigned 24-hour emergency calls
• participate in the rotating on-call schedule.
