What you'll do

• Oversee benefits administration, recruitment, employment, HR policies and procedures, employee and labor relations, and management systems
• maintain personnel files and records
• supervise facility employees, including interviewing, hiring, discipline, and separation
• support talent management and retention
• conduct exit interviews
• coordinate safety committee activities and work-related injury claims
• verify licenses and certifications
• complete background checks.
