The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Care Aide (HCA) / Caregiver — Day Shifts role is onsite in Tacoma, WA, serving clients in and around Seattle, the Eastside, and Pierce County. Compensation is $21.30–$27.50 per hour. Right at Home’s team supports seniors and adults who need care at home. The caregiver provides practical and personal support that helps clients with daily needs and comfort at home. The work includes companionship, memory care and mental health support, mobility and transfers, meal preparation, medication reminders, personal hygiene, and light housekeeping; caregivers may also accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities.

What you'll do

• Provide companionship and conversation

Why this role

Active Washington CNA or HCA license required; students who have taken or scheduled state exams may also apply. Daytime shifts are typically 4–5 hours, with opportunities for additional hours.
