Area Sales Supervisor, Medical Laboratory Sales

The Area Sales Supervisor, Medical Laboratory Sales role is field-based in the Dallas, TX area. Compensation includes an $85,000 annual base salary, a percentage override on team sales as the team grows, and a performance bonus with details provided by the hiring manager. Rocky Mountain Laboratories provides clinical laboratory services and focuses on accurate, timely diagnostic information and improved healthcare outcomes. The supervisor owns and develops the Dallas territory, selling molecular diagnostics, core lab, and toxicology services while building existing accounts. As the area grows, the role also recruits, trains, and leads Account Managers and coordinates with operations to support account onboarding and territory growth.

What you'll do

• Build and run the Dallas territory plan
• prospect, present to, and close new accounts
• grow existing accounts through visits and reviews
• present to healthcare professionals and facility leaders
• help recruit, interview, onboard, and train Account Managers
• set activity and volume goals and coach the team
• maintain pipeline, volume, and forecasts in Zoho CRM
• coordinate account onboarding and collector placements
• follow healthcare laws governing lab sales and referrals.
