It helps the distribution network meet business goals by advising leaders, supporting associates, and improving HR processes.

What you'll do

• Manage recruiting and selection for salaried and hourly roles
• support compensation, workforce planning, employee data and payroll changes
• investigate employee relations concerns
• partner on talent and performance management, training, and succession planning
• contribute to Lean practices and HR metrics
• travel intermittently to Kent for HR support.
