Hotel Director of Sales

What you'll do

• Develop account, segment, prospecting, and revenue plans
• generate leads
• qualify business, prepare proposals, conduct tours, negotiate approved terms, and secure agreements and deposits
• maintain CRM records and forecasts
• coordinate with revenue, operations, food and beverage, and banquet teams
• follow up after events and identify upsell opportunities
• monitor market conditions
• recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff if assigned.
