What you'll do

• Lead complex propulsion system builds and engine-level integrations
• troubleshoot multidisciplinary system failures
• serve as a cross-program propulsion subject-matter expert
• lead root-cause investigations with Manufacturing Engineering and Engineering
• mentor technicians
• support non-standard builds and rapid development
• identify process weaknesses and improvements
• validate readiness for integration or test milestones.
