What you'll do

• Oversee transportation and processing operations
• coordinate with Dispatch and Warehouse Leads
• stage supplies, equipment, and routes
• coordinate fleet and equipment maintenance
• perform quality checks on sharps washing machines and containers
• monitor and report KPIs
• support customer setups and pickup issue resolution
• manage permits and regulatory compliance
• hire, schedule, train, and coach staff
• oversee budget and P&L performance
• manage fleet systems, hours-of-service, and safety training.
