Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator role is onsite in Pottstown, PA. Compensation is not specified. The role coordinates orders, materials, assembly, delivery, installation, service needs, and project closeout. It helps keep projects aligned with plans, specifications, schedules, and customer needs while providing customer service at project sites when warranted.

What you'll do

• Manage multiple commercial projects from sale through final billing
• use order-management and service software
• review orders against plans and specifications and resolve discrepancies with sales staff and customers
• prepare architectural submittals, including shop drawings, product data, and test reports
• field-measure projects when needed
• identify site issues and solutions with onsite personnel
• order materials
• coordinate assembly, delivery, and installation
• manage service needs and punch lists
• and prepare closeout documentation.
