What you'll do

• Develop permitting strategy and capacity plans
• manage permitting performance, cycle time, backlog, risks, and escalations
• lead and develop permitting staff
• represent the company with municipalities, utilities, and other authorities
• negotiate and resolve permitting issues
• govern vendor scopes and performance
• establish workflows, dashboards, and reporting
• use data to identify bottlenecks
• maintain accurate permit data
• and oversee regulatory and technical requirements for fiber deployment permitting.
