Marketing & Catering Sales Coordinator

The Marketing & Catering Sales Coordinator role is onsite in Warren, OH. Pay is $20–$23 per hour. The coordinator supports Chick-fil-A Howland’s efforts to grow its brand and catering sales in the local community. The role builds relationships with local organizations, promotes catering and restaurant events, and creates digital and local marketing content. Tracking leads and event results and coordinating with restaurant leadership helps grow sales and maintain a strong guest experience.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, and organizations to generate catering orders
• create and post social media content
• plan and run in-store events and promotions
• represent the restaurant at community events
• help create flyers, local ads, and outreach campaigns
• track sales leads, catering orders, and event results
• coordinate with restaurant leadership and catering staff
• support restaurant operations as needed.
