The Manufacturing Shift Lead, Swing Shift role is onsite in Golden, CO, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Compensation is $27 per hour. Kong Company manufactures products and the role supports its manufacturing department. The shift lead trains operators and performs production support tasks to help the department sustain profitability. The role coordinates rubber batches, supports press operations and equipment upkeep, monitors output and product quality, and reinforces safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Train and coach press operators
• assign and deliver rubber batches to presses
• perform minor mold maintenance and cleaning
• provide operator relief and run presses as needed
• document downtime
• operate a powered forklift
• inventory and assign rubber
• check output data and work-area organization
• conduct in-process visual inspections
• move completed lots and prepare finished product for warehouse or transfer.
