Job overview

The Registered Nurse (RN), In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) Coordinator role is an onsite, full-time clinic position in Franklin, TN. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a weekend and holiday call rotation. Compensation is not specified. The role supports fertility patients and coordinates care with the clinic’s assisted reproductive technology program and IVF surgery center. The coordinator provides clinical nursing support, schedules IVF patients and testing, offers IVF counseling and instructions, and coordinates care with program nurses and special services staff. The role helps patients understand testing and treatment plans while supporting clinic procedures and patient flow.

What you'll do

  • Perform physician-office nursing duties, including patient rooming and assisting with exams and procedures
  • perform intrauterine insemination procedures
  • coordinate patient care with ART program nurses and the IVF surgery center
  • schedule IVF patients and testing
  • provide IVF counseling and instructions
  • coordinate donor-program care with Special Services Coordinators
  • counsel infertility patients and partners about testing and treatment plans.
