The Business Systems Analyst — Project Management Platforms role is hybrid, based primarily at the Shared Services Office in Irving, TX. Compensation is not specified. The role supports Meriton’s Project Ignite enterprise transformation, which is consolidating more than 20 operating companies onto Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Project Operations. The analyst translates cross-functional business needs into a scalable project operations platform and repeatable deployment approach. The work spans project processes from opportunity and contract through resourcing, time and expense, billing, and revenue recognition, supporting consistent implementation across operating companies.

What you'll do

• Contribute to agile sprint design and configuration of the D365 Project Operations core template
• assess scalability and document design decisions
• support entity discovery and readiness assessments
• facilitate requirements and fit-gap workshops
• translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• map end-to-end project lifecycle processes and integrations
• collaborate with architecture, integration, data migration, and QA teams
• develop and execute UAT scenarios
• support data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
• create user guides, process flows, training materials, and deployment playbook content.
