Shift Lead

The shift lead supports daily Scoop Shop operations by working alongside Scoopers, serving customers, and ensuring operational tasks are completed. The role sets standards through example, coaching, training, and coordination of the team during each shift.

What you'll do

• Open and close the Scoop Shop
• complete and assign operational tasks and checklists
• lead pre-shift huddles and document shift recaps
• coach team members
• count inventory and place orders as needed
• train new team members
• manage morale and peak-hour station rotations
• serve customers, prepare products, operate the POS, restock, and clean.
