What you'll do

• Direct systemwide student financial processing and billing standards
• lead functional testing and validation of ERP changes
• resolve complex billing and payment issues
• develop queries and train college finance and bursar staff
• manage Cognos Accounts Receivable access and roles
• oversee student fiscal process improvements and reporting
• and provide functional governance for the Banner Accounts Receivable module.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, five years of relevant fiscal operations experience, and hands-on ERP experience, preferably Ellucian Banner. Moderate in-state travel and occasional out-of-state conference travel are required.
