What you'll do

• Manage intake, prioritization, assignment, and tracking of creative and marketing requests
• maintain project schedules in Asana and Monday.com
• monitor project progress and workloads
• coordinate between marketing and creative teams
• follow up for information, approvals, feedback, and deliverables
• escalate timeline risks
• coordinate creative production stages and revisions
• organize stakeholder feedback
• coordinate film producer travel schedules with project workloads
• assist with reporting and workflow improvements.
