What you'll do

• Design and execute role-based Train-the-Trainer and Change Champion programs
• lead change strategy and training planning for USSOCOM enterprise knowledge management initiatives
• develop training, user guides, communications, and adoption resources
• conduct readiness, stakeholder, and change-impact assessments
• coordinate training and workshops
• gather user feedback and performance data
• coordinate with platform, knowledge management, records, and process teams
• produce training materials, adoption metrics, and status reports.
