What you'll do

• Help execute the enterprise analytics roadmap
• lead scalable analytics solutions and BI dashboards using Databricks and Power BI
• maintain data governance and development practices
• build stakeholder reports and dashboards
• partner with business units to translate needs into analytics
• mentor analysts and engineers
• manage timelines and deliverables
• lead HEDIS and RAF analytics
• establish QA protocols
• partner with Data Engineering and IT on infrastructure and data quality.
