Life Enrichment Coordinator

Job overview

The Life Enrichment Coordinator role is onsite in Rock Hill, SC, with compensation of $15–$16 per hour. The position supports community activities for HarborChase residents. The coordinator helps plan and run activities that encourage resident participation while supporting independence, privacy, and safety. The role also helps maintain activity schedules and participation records and may assist with off-site outings and resident transportation.

What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with planning, coordinating, and running community activities
• help prepare monthly activity calendars and newsletters when necessary
• encourage and assist residents to attend activities while supporting independence
• help order activity supplies
• maintain participation tracking when applicable
• support the community Parallel Programming schedule
• may attend outings and may drive residents when needed.

Why this role

High school diploma required. Background in art, music, drama, or occupational therapy, one year of social or recreational program experience in a licensed health care setting, and Alzheimer’s dementia knowledge are preferred.
