What you'll do

• Assess, instruct, and prepare patients before procedures
• verify operative and informed consents
• record vital statistics
• operate the physiologic monitoring system
• initiate IVs
• assess post-operative condition and monitor progress toward discharge criteria
• document findings
• educate patients
• monitor for condition changes and report them to physicians
• perform intervention duties during post-operative emergencies.

Why this role

Requires current Arizona RN licensure or compact licensure, two years of cardiovascular lab experience, moderate sedation and sheath pull experience, and current ACLS/BLS certification. ICU/CCU experience is preferred.
