eCommerce Specialist — Shopify and Digital Growth

Job overview

The eCommerce Specialist — Shopify and Digital Growth role is hybrid in Longmont, CO, with work in the office Monday–Thursday and Fridays remote eligible. Typical hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday. Pay is $60,000–$80,000 per year, with up to 5% bonus potential. HydraPak creates hydration products for athletes and outdoor recreation brands. The specialist owns day-to-day health, optimization, and growth of HydraPak’s Shopify websites. The role maintains accurate site content, improves performance through testing, and uses analytics to recommend strategies that grow traffic, conversion, and revenue.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain Shopify content, including product pages, collections, imagery, and copy
• manage the website update calendar and merchandising
• coordinate launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
• lead conversion optimization and A/B testing
• build landing pages
• monitor site performance and recommend improvements
• manage freelance web developer work
• measure site updates
• analyze traffic, sales, and customer data
• report website KPIs
• manage the online loyalty program plan
• coordinate with the Ecommerce Director and marketing, creative, and product teams
• support Amazon Vendor Central catalog updates and Amazon Vendor Services.
