What you'll do

• Complete Medicare and Medicaid MDS processes accurately and on time.
• Assess residents and support care planning in accordance with applicable standards.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team on MDS compliance, understanding, follow-through, and programming for restorative needs.
• Use MDS 3.0 terminology and the reimbursement system.
