What you'll do

• Oversee building and grounds maintenance and engineering
• establish preventive maintenance programs for guest rooms, public areas, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• train and supervise staff
• maintain life-safety compliance
• serve as on-call engineer for emergencies
• manage vendors, permits, budgets, and maintenance requests
• inspect the property and implement corrective actions.
