What you'll do

• Supervise CNAs and LPNs
• work with the Director of Nursing on Department of Health compliance and adherence to policies
• manage staffing and callouts
• be flexible to take medication-cart assignments
• conduct clinical assessments and provide SBAR information to providers
• start and complete admissions
• provide wound care, including wound vacs
• manage IVs, PICC lines, and blood draws
• complete resident and staff incident and accident reports
• communicate with residents and families.
