What you'll do

• Assist with supervision of daily security team operations
• oversee refinery camera and access control systems
• participate in the Site Supervision Management Team
• enforce security policies and procedures
• conduct security assessments and address risks
• monitor surveillance and alarm systems and respond to incidents
• administer operational reporting, KPI management, scheduling, payroll tracking, safety training, and certification oversight
• investigate incidents and prepare reports
• collaborate across departments
• stay current on security trends and regulations.
