What you'll do

• Operate and monitor FDM and similar 3D printing equipment
• configure print jobs using slicing software, including material selection, orientation, supports, and machine setup
• load production materials and consumables
• perform routine maintenance, calibration, and inspections
• troubleshoot print failures and equipment or software issues
• inspect parts for dimensional accuracy and surface quality
• post-process parts through support removal, sanding, cleaning, and finishing
• prioritize print jobs and meet production deadlines
• maintain production logs, maintenance records, and build documentation
• use hand tools and light mechanical equipment
• assemble and integrate printed parts into higher-level systems
• maintain a safe, organized workspace
• provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
