Description

Supervise and train primary care providers (PCPs). Maximize core model execution, clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and patient satisfaction. Provide direct patient care as a PCP and/or other clinical duties. Lead care teams, including medical assistants, facilitators, and coordinators.
