What you'll do

• Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions involving mechanical components, electrical controls, and air-operated systems
• disassemble, replace components, rebuild, and fabricate equipment
• troubleshoot Allen-Bradley controls using Studio 5000 and RSLogix and make authorized minor programming adjustments under change-management procedures
• diagnose variable frequency drives, motors, operator interfaces, sensors, and process instrumentation
• maintain and troubleshoot CIP, steam, refrigeration, and compressed-air systems
• perform scheduled servicing and preventive maintenance and record work in the CMMS
• interpret electrical drawings, P&IDs, and manufacturer specifications
• assist with production transitions, commissioning, startups, and installations
• follow lockout/tagout, GMP, and food safety procedures
• identify equipment reliability improvements.
