Resident Inspector, NICET IV

What you'll do

• Serve as Resident Engineer and client liaison with the contractor
• manage construction inspection and a team of three or more CM/CI staff
• inspect work against contract documents
• maintain project records and daily quantities
• manage submittals and requests for information
• keep a logbook and prepare daily reports
• review payment applications and recommend progress payments
• prepare punch lists and conduct final project reviews.
