What you'll do

• Supervise shifts and work areas

• support customer needs and respond to complaints
• ensure shift coverage and provide feedback
• maintain product quality, service, cleanliness, and performance standards
• use the FOCUS System to support profit goals
• perform cash management
• assist with inventory levels and loss prevention
• follow company policies and applicable laws.
