What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards

• handle preparation, portioning, cooking, and plating
• maintain food temperatures, storage, rotation, and labeling
• assist with prep and restocking
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• clean equipment and work areas
• assist with opening and closing duties.
