What you'll do

• Oversee onsite construction activities for safety, quality, and schedule compliance
• lead subcontractors and field teams
• implement the Accident Prevention Plan, conduct safety meetings, and prepare Activity Hazard Analyses
• conduct inspections and manage submittals
• prepare daily, safety, and quality reports using Procore and RMS/QCS
• coordinate permits and jobsite logistics
• conduct quality control meetings
• manage schedules, manpower, materials, and punch lists
• communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
