What you'll do

• Maintain the Quality Management System and compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, customer requirements, and applicable regulations
• lead and mentor the Quality and Inspection Team
• develop process control plans, PFMEAs, and improvement initiatives
• manage corrective actions, nonconformances, root-cause investigations, and failure analysis
• oversee incoming and first-article inspections and PPAP documentation
• manage calibration programs and quality records
• review drawings and specifications
• collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, customers, and suppliers
• analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement.
