What you'll do

• Support community activities and social experiences
• help participants develop communication, social, independent-living, and daily-living skills
• implement person-centered plans
• provide supervision and support health and safety
• maintain service records
• communicate with supervisors, families, and team members
• and report incidents or changes in condition. The role may require travel with individuals in the community.

Why this role

Schedule is Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of DSP experience, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and CPR/First Aid, CMT, MandT, and Core DDA training.
