The Line Cook works onsite in Oak Brook, IL. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour. The role supports STK Oak Brook’s kitchen team in delivering menu items to the restaurant’s standards. The cook prepares and executes dishes at an assigned station, following recipes, portioning, plating, timing, and food-safety requirements. The role also supports prep, stocking, kitchen organization, and coordinated service with front- and back-of-house teams.

What you'll do

• Prepare and execute dishes from the assigned station
• follow recipes, portioning, and plating standards
• process food tickets accurately
• maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety
• complete prep tasks, stock ingredients, and set up the kitchen
• maintain organized storage and production areas
• collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams
• follow sanitation requirements and chef or sous chef instructions.
