Vice President of Operations

It leads multi-site performance, develops leaders, integrates acquired practices, and partners across functions to improve patient, employee, physician, and business outcomes.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement strategic direction for clinic operations
• drive day-to-day operational success and integrate strategic initiatives
• facilitate growth, profitability, and KPI performance
• provide field leadership and direction to meet budgets
• partner with functional teams to build scalable tools, systems, and processes
• develop regional and clinic-level leaders
• monitor labor models
• analyze KPIs and business metrics to define plans
• hold teams accountable for talent development and service standards
• partner with the Integrations team to manage acquired practices during their first year
• build a team environment that attracts and retains talent.
