What you'll do

• Support day-to-day project planning and execution
• coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, drawings, and project documentation
• assist with procurement, material tracking, deliveries, and long-lead items
• track schedules, milestones, costs, and progress
• coordinate with field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners
• help identify and resolve field conflicts, schedule impacts, and risks
• maintain meeting actions and follow-up
• assist with cost reporting, forecasting, billing, change management, closeout, punch-list work, turnover documentation, and commissioning requirements.
