What you'll do

• Provide guest service and recommend products
• support store presentation and sales initiatives
• process purchases and returns
• promote reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty programs
• assist with associate training, feedback, scheduling, and payroll
• maintain store cleanliness and merchandising
• fulfill and ship omnichannel orders
• support inventory control, loss prevention, deposits, and daily reconciliation
• supervise and delegate to sales associates and retail keyholders when the store manager is absent.
