What you'll do

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop, review, and update individualized Behavior Treatment Plans
• coordinate plan submissions, Program Review Committee reviews, and required approvals
• monitor plans and member progress using behavioral data
• collaborate on staff training and consistent plan implementation
• guide house managers and direct support professionals on positive behavior support and de-escalation
• maintain documentation and follow up on behavioral concerns.

Why this role

Requires experience developing behavior plans for Arizona DDD Program Review Committee submission and travel to assigned service locations throughout Arizona. Article 9 and PROUD or Prevention and Support training, and the DDD Behavior Plan Writing Workshop, may be completed within the stated timeframes. Arizona behavior analyst, psychologist, or behavioral health licensure and BCBA certification are preferred.
