What you'll do

• Support preparation and filing of periodic SEC reports, including financial statement and footnote tie-outs
• use Workiva for drafting and filing processes
• prepare and file Section 16 Form 4s
• assist with equity, consolidation, EPS, and cash flow workpapers
• coordinate external audit requests
• assist with earnings releases
• research technical accounting and disclosure issues
• identify workflow improvements.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2–3 years in public accounting; CPA preferred. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
