What you'll do

• Lead complex SaaS and on-premises commercial negotiations
• advise the Americas sales team
• review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements
• support compliance for laws affecting offerings, including artificial intelligence, intellectual property, privacy, security and government contracting
• partner with Finance, Revenue Operations and Customer Assurance on contract close
• provide general commercial legal advice
• assist with developing positions on AI and products.
