What you'll do

• Implement and manage the school’s RTI/MTSS framework
• collect and analyze student data
• provide targeted interventions such as small-group instruction, tutoring, behavior strategies, or social-skills training
• collaborate with teachers, special education staff, counselors, and other stakeholders on intervention plans
• consult with classroom teachers on differentiated instruction
• monitor student progress and use data to adjust support
• communicate with parents or guardians
• maintain records
• participate in school-based teams and professional development
• and advocate for student needs and supportive resources.
