The role also oversees financial work, develops staff, and supports client relationships and growth of the healthcare advisory practice.

• Lead client engagements from planning through completion
• manage client relationships and deliver strategic guidance
• advise healthcare practices on financial performance and operational improvements
• evaluate internal controls and processes
• supervise client deliverables and financial reporting
• monitor budgets and timelines
• mentor and develop staff
• support recruiting, client retention, and practice growth.
