What you'll do

• Lead onboarding of oil and gas operator clients and establish regulatory, severance tax, royalty, and production reporting accounts. Advise assigned clients, identify risks and process gaps, and implement corrective actions. Lead and mentor approximately 5–10 specialists and analysts
• review work, distribute workloads, and manage assignments. Develop process manuals, standard operating procedures, scalable workflows, and process improvements
• ensure compliance across assigned jurisdictions.
